Somewhere in My Heart by Aztec Camera

I watched 47 Meters Down: Uncaged earlier today, and despite the scary shark jump scares, there was one moment of pure joy for me, when Aztec Camera’s Somewhere in My Heart came on during a lovely scene where the lead actors are enjoying a drive to a secret swimming spot.

The song was released in 1987 and I had not heard in years. I remembered every word of it and was singing it to myself during the scene in the film and it’s been on my mind for the rest of the day.

Here it is.

Somewhere in my heart
There is a star that shines for you
