The Olympic Body

The Olympic Body is a beautifully shot and narrated video about what it takes to achive the perfect body of an athelete. My favourite quote from it, "The Olympic athlete is the most beautiful realisation of the human body."
Since the very first Olympic Games, the athlete's body has been revered. But the physical and mental demands of modern-day training have never been greater. With the London 2012 Olympics about to start, we speak to 31 British and Team GB athletes about the reality of what it takes to make an Olympic body.
