Trailer Tuesday - Super 8
I watched J.J. Abram's Super 8 last night and walked out with the same feeling I had after I watched E.T. and The Goonies in the 1980s.
It's a great sci-fi thriller with some very funny moments and a few scary moments. I also love the film within a film story line (just make sure you sit through the end credits to see what I mean).
In the summer of 1979, a group of friends in a small Ohio town witness a catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth - something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.
Super 8 is playing in cinemas across the United Arab Emirates, so check your local cinema schedule and if you too love E.T. and The Goonies, then make sure you don't miss this.
