USB Typewriter by Jack Zylkin

I adore typewriters and always feel guilty mine is stored away. But after seeing this USB Typewriter created by Jack Zylkin, I think there is hope for all typewriters.

Manual typewriters can now be used as keyboards for any USB-capable computer - the modification is easy to install, it involves no messy wiring, and does not change the outward appearance of the typewriter (except for the usb adapter itself, which is mounted in the rear of the machine). Detailed information on how it works can be found here.

I love it when old school and new school collide.
